I made jumbo shrimp curry with rice noodles.

I know a few foodies who use paper plates often.
When my Mom died, and we Children were cleaning out her apartment... my Oldest Sister asked me what I wanted.
All I took was a ceramic plate, a spoon and a fork..... so Mom and I could eat supper together, once in a while.
My Neice wound up taking just about everything.

That's lovely and a very important thing to have from your Mama.
My only other "special" plate is a plain white Corelle that I found at the bottom of Round Lake in Charlevoix, Michigan... while I was scuba diving.

Thin top sirloin with caramelized onions and zucchini in an Asian sauce I threw together.
I was going to have it over rice or Thai noodles, but it was just enough as was.
Had the leftovers today.
