Frozen vegi mix sauteed in canola oil then mixed with turkey gravey infused white rice rolled up in a whole wheat tortilla with a mix of yoghurt and sour cream and with homemade rojo sauce :thumb: Its kicks ASS!!!!!!! :bb: I shall take a photo

I dunno :sad: but the wife just shoved a cheesey meat filled mushroom thingy in my mouth as she walked by :blink:. I wonder what the hell that is all about :wink:. Hey that tasted pretty good !:biggrin:

Crap ! you were right ! She did a mexican thing called "wetback" . Its a little bit of everything . WAAAAAAAyyyyy to much hot chili pepper :w00t2:. I'm already dying from heartburn and only ate 6 bowls of the stuff ! I gotta go fine some ice cream

Anyhow, my dinner was cheap! It probably cost me $0.30 per roll I ate. Lots of carbs with the rice and wrap but I did get the whole wheat wrap so its wasnt TOO bad.

cheap frozen burritos smothered in salsa & shredded cheese, baby carrots, babaganoush, & spicy hummus - all chased down with a Boylands birch beer.

Lunch, on the other hand, was leftover portabello stuffed ravioli in alfredo with a large pork chop on the side...

Oh yes.. it was that floppy cheese and Branston pickle on marble rye that I ate at work while being swamped with paperwork, phone calls .. loony patients who shouldn't BE on our rehab unit (medicare-20 days PT=$$$$$$$$-bullshit, then send them to the nursing home.. where they should have gone in the first place) gahhhhhhhhhh!!!
I had a cold coffee too in there, somewhere.:smileywac

I think you must know how it is.
When you think about it, a rehab unit is just a nursing home really, only we have a PT department.
When the beds are full on the nursing home side, we get those patients:shock::yum:.. the facility want to squeeze every buck they can from Medicare and Medicaid before they finally decide that Joe and Jane aren't going home again, so they stay with us for the allotted time, and drive the staff bonkers until we're told, so and so will be discharged over there.
At that point, I throw confetti and do cartwheels down the hall.:smile:
 
I had left over spaghetti and meat balls.
My wife is in night school. Learning Spanish.
You can tell Sush is a single guy…… Paper plates.
When you are single, your pockets jingle.
