Bobcat is busy in OKC and getting media attention. Just saw the lead in that his story is coming up next. Will try to catch it and post it.
All I saw of him on the lead in was his "Gilligan" hat. That may be all he lets us see!
 
Okay. They are teasing. Showed him again. He's in a hole and has not shown his face. Story still "coming up next"
 
That scoundrel never came out of the hole and never had his face to the camera! He let some young fella do the talking!!!! Yep. FF's Wilson. I'm looking for the video. So far has not been posted. Impressive all the work he and his crew have done in the state.

Ol' Bobcat's a friend of mine. I have seen his face twice. I think you gals would think him rather handsom
He is, however, a quiet, unassuming man. Has a sense of humor, works hard, is very intelligent, and says more in five words than the rest of us blabbermouths say in a whole thread.
In many ways, he's the sort of man the rest of us wish we could be.
His face is unimportant, the man behind it is

Works hard.. yep.
Very intelligent.. more than he likes to admit to.
He has a gift for being brief whilst speaking on the phone and listening to a pirate rattle on.

When you disappeared, he was very concerned. He applied all his professional analytical skills and quickly discovered you were in the hospital.

Then he asked me to post here that you had been located and you were awaiting surgery.

Sounds like he must have phoned you. He didn't tell me about that!

Chris, I had like 6 phone messages on my answering machine when I got home.
He kept calling and calling then finally told me he got in contact with a member of my family.
Yeah, he tracked me down for sure.
Oh, here's something funny; when he called me at the hospital he didn't even sound like himself :yum:.. I said "who is this?" LOL

Damn! I started at the beginning of this thread and even tried some of the links. No wonder they didn't work. LOL. :bonk:

Back when Vin was touring the US and we all met up for the houseboat ride, at our Friday night pizza party I told bobcat (and everyone else) that I invited the newspaper come by at noon the next day for an of interest story, so everyone be sure to arrive at the boat by noon. Don't ya know bobcat, snow ops and Sushi came rolling in at 1pm and gave some lame excuse. :yum: :yum: Course the newspaper didn't think the story was of interest to them so they never showed up at all. sa la vie (sp).
 
It's weird seeing pics of him posted where you can actually see some of his face. lol I have to admit Monte's depiction of him is quite accurate. I hope to spend more time with him the next trip into the area.
