Thats so cool!!I do more like 15 per week.
Hot one last night! 85 and 100% humidity.
And as a farmer there are many days when I get in several as well, but I do not count those.
75? Im 24. I have a few years left to go to get there.Exercise???? 12 ounce curls for me LOL.
Just kidding
At almost 75 years of age I still do a fairly physical job. Most of the warehouse work in my Packaging company is done by me. I also build retaining walls, landscaping, and, along with our St louis Suburban home, my wife and I have an 80 ranchette in the MISOOURI OZARKS.
The closest thing to a gym in my life I had to abandon years ago when I retired from the Fire department. I never quite understood the logic of having an hour on intense workouts just before a 24 hour shift of a physically intense occupation.
pouring down rain here right now.I do more like 15 per week.

Not enough right now but I am a fencing coach and teach Olympic style saber fencing. I'm also a long distance hiker, in the planning stages for a hike across part of Wales, UK next summer.I enjoy walking/jogging about 20 miles a week.

I've got a treadmill, elliptical machine and exercise bike but I've also got a 17 month old foster baby in the house that keeps me away from my equipment and mostly just crawling on the floor with him.
I so wish i could!!Now there is some thing my part of Iowa could use desperately for the corn crop. Our lawns are brown again here.
Please send some my way!!![]()
