Whats your weather like right now?

This.
Luckily the worst part missed us lol

I'm hoping we don't get rain today. Most of it looks like it will be north of me, maybe all of it will stay north?

Cool temperatures in the 50's(F) with mostly cloudy skies. Slight chance of light rain late morning.

Taught a fencing class last night and am surprised I didn't wake up feeling a lot of pain. My joints were taking a good bit of impact as we were doing very receptive drills and I had to demonstrate all of them and then work with each of the half dozen students. . . no pain meds when I got up . . . then I decided to spray 'weed & feed' around the yard. Dragging 150' of hose around while spraying bottle after bottle after bottle of that stuff has my arms and shoulders pretty stiff.

Hoping the rain misses us completely.

Looks like we're finally breaking free of the frost judging by the forecast up here this week. I've been slowly reviving my summer plans and yard projects that weren't completed yet or ongoing. I've always got something on the go outside making improvements around the property. I still have a lake down by the garage that'll be gone as soon as the frost is out of the ground.

60+ mph wind gusts have been pummeling us for 2 hours.

The dust storm that ran across Illinois made its way to us. Visibility is maybe 1/4 mile, actually can't be that good, I can't see the tree line at the creek and that is just under 1/4 mile back.

Last night had 70+ mph winds.
At the yacht club, one of the bloboats on its winter stand got blown over. Lots of trees uprooted around here too.
Today has been windy. No Illinois smoke here, but the fips will start coming to town. I'd rather have the smoke.

It's been down close to freezing temperatures at night but mid 20s celcius all week in the afternoon. Yes. Long pants and a jacket in the morning. Then sometime around 11 drop the jacket and by 1pm switch to shorts. By 7pm the pants will be back on and by 9pm I'll probably be looking for a jacket again. Furnace at night. Ac during the day. Welcome to spring in northwestern Ontario.

It has been cool here, temps in the 40(F)s and 50(F)s during the night. 50s up to high 60s(F) daytime.

Today we have rain. Started overnight.

It was supposed to start raining overnight. Still hasn't had a drop. These meteorologists have something wrong in their software. They can't get the weather correct 3 hours after of time. They need to purge the global warming bs from their programs.

It's been a dry spring. We are now in a fire ban as of midnight last night. Yesterday coming to camp, there was a thick blanket of smoke from wildfires in Manitoba and West of here. It was HOT yesterday. Supposed to be hotter today. The air is thick this morning and the sky grey.

Cool this morning 50-ish(F). Nice yesterday, lower 60’s and sun so I got lots of mowing done.

Supposed to be mostly sunny and temps may approach upper 70’s(F) in the later afternoon.

Possible thunderboomers in the late evening so we may be drugging the overly anxious dog to keep him from shaking, drooling, panting and shivering thru the evening.

Ok. This is nuts. Yesterday afternoon. High 20s sunshine. As soon as the sun went down the temperature plummeted to barely above freezing. I'm sitting in the camper with the furnace on. Wide awake at 430 breaking icicles off my nose.

Seriously north Dakota? Can't you control your weather? I was planning on launching the boat this morning. I guess we'll have to rally all of the members of parliament up here to start writing letters to the states. Just like the northern states did about the wildfire smoke.

Dry, no rain for 8 days, nothing due until Wednesday. I need rain bad, pond is losing 1” a day. Ended up rigging a fountain temporarily to help supplement O2 for stocked fish.

Looking at 96 F today. Some chance of rain. Just now some rumbling in the overcast sky.

We haven't had much rain for the last few weeks. This, and 90 F degree temps, allowed the pond soil too dry making my work easier. I planned on a few hours of pond work today. However, I could use a day off. Let it rain.

Crumpy is pulling a double shift at GM tonite. Covering for another worker who needs some time off. GM is working 6 days a week. So, everybody is getting tired. It makes no sense because they constantly have to shut down due to parts supply issues. The overtime pay is helpful, however, after more than 18 months of it, such relentless effort makes for a boring life.

Between the supply issues and fatigue, the plant never achieves projected quota output. Makes no sense. But then again, it is Gubmit Motors.

All that said, I think I will spend the day spoiling her.
