Facebook & Instagram both have globally crashed

I just had to check. Yep. Neither FB or Insta work for me either.
 
I'm on both places right now.
Facebook and the messenger are both up, no one is getting my messages, but I'm getting new posts on my feed from various places I follow.

Francis, this past Sunday, when I logged into the Facebook messenger, I got this Meta message telling me changes were coming.
I disregarded it, clicked out and basically ignored it.
Tried again and it said change your password.
Again, nope!
I didn't do a damn thing.
Now it seems it's all resolved.
I've had friends freaking out contacting me on my phone, I said what's the big deal, give it a while.
I'm a daily checker of Facebook, but I do not spend a lot of time on there, except for stealing memes for the amusement of you all lol
 
I tried to get on line this morning and couldn't checked my email and had a login from Florida so I locked my account I'll wait till tomorrow to try and recover it
 
WAHOO I'm a whole person again I just couldn't wait and unlocked my account
I had about 30 birthday wishes from yesterday because I didn't have a chance to log in yesterday.

FWIW, I can not log in to the Book of Faces on my computer but I have no problems accessing it on my iPhone. I dunno why.

I wasn't on FB Tuesday morning I didn't know that they were having a problem i got an email saying some one logged in to my account in Florida i was at work so i just locked it until i could get to it i had fire police school last night so i didnt think id have time to log in and unlock it but I did and changed my password 3 times ( i was told by an it guy to do that) to scramble the words up to make it harder to crack knock on wood it has worked for me.
