TACO BELL IS POISONING THE PUBLIC

I am lactose intolerant and after my last and final order from Taco Bell I had typical Lactose intolerant uncontrollable defication in my pants. This was highly embarrassing and an ambush When served a meal with excess lactose it wipes out your lactase enzyme and that wipes out you ability to digest food. Basically Taco Bell is poisoning the general public with their high lactose dishes. Just a warning for those who are lactose intolerant, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM TACO BELL.

I am lactose intolerant.

I am careful not to each foods with sour cream or excess cheese.

It NOT poison that Taco Bell is doing to you, it is a deficiency in your own body that cannot handle the sugar in high lactose foods. There are dietary supplements you can buy to allow you to eat ice cream, sour cream, soft cheeses (like fresh mozzarella on pizza). When you buy cheese look at the nutritional label. If the cheese has ZERO to LESS THAN 1 carbohydrate per serving you should be able to eat it. If it has 1 carb or more per serving then avoid that cheese or, eat a supplement when you eat cheese

As for me, last time I had taco bell was maybe 10 years ago.
I can eat Mexican food anywhere but TB.
I could do TB instead of SuTab for the colonoscopy next year. Cleans me out.

You are misinformed. Of course I take a daily dose of Lactase. I eat food from many suppliers over the years and have never had a problem from any fast food places including Taco Bell. What is going on is Taco Bell switched to a cheap cheese with high lactose content. When you have such a case it wipes out the lactase in your system and causes your body to stop digesting and eject the contents of your intestines. This shortage continues until you can build lactase levels back up. And yes there are so many lactose intolerant people that it is public poisoning of the percentage of the those people. It is no different than people with food allergies such as peanuts. We have been ambushed by Taco Bell. If you have ever been subject to the embarrassment and humiliation of loss of control of your digestion function, you would feel the same way.

Lactose supplements are NOT to be taken daily.

They are to be taken immediately before consuming lactose.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS :hammer:

Not poisoning people any more than all the other fast food joints.
Obviously you aren't lactose intolerant. This was a total ambush like feeding peanuts to someone with a peanut allergy. They are feeding the general public with products that are high in lactose. I take lactase daily and have no problem with dishes from all fast food places including Taco Bell. When you get ODed on high lactose it wipes out your lactase enzyme, stops digestion and ejects the content of your intestines. Embarassing and humiliating to have to clean the mess in your pants. It continues until you can restore your lactase levels. It is poison for all who are lactose intolerant. Taco Bell made the decision to sell these dairy products to the General Public and should have known the consequences of their actions.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS :hammer:
It is about maintaining lactase levels in your intestines which I have no problem with by taking it daily. You obviously are not lactose intolerant. You have to do what works. If you take lactase only when you might need it you would end up with an unstable digestive system. The INSTRUCTIONS ignore lifetime chronic issues. Understand this your body stops making enough stuff you need to maintain your health as you get older. I take 12 supplements daily to overcome these shortages. I have been taking them for 30 to 40 years I am 79 and body is proof the effectiveness of maintaining levels of critical substances. I am an expert in anti aging. Getting old is a journey each of us take and paying attention to your issues is critical to maintaining your health. You can go out two ways: the body can outlast the mind or the mind can outlast the body. You want the first on because that is the quality of your life. Your reply shows you don't know much about what you are talking about. You have to figure it out on your own for your body and not some ignorant instructions that make people believe that they apply to every situation and there is no other way.

If you say so, but I don't blast tacos out of my butt in uncontrollable ways.

I follow the directions on the bottle.

I consume a lactose supplement just before consuming dairy products. Just like the directions. Funny, but following the directions does NOT result in rapid onset diarrhea or soiled pants.

YMMV

I guess you have never been ambushed by fake cheese. I am glad you have your lactose intolerance under control. Just be advised your body stops making enough of things you need as you get older. You are better off maintaining lactase levels by a regular dose than taking the chance your enzyme level will be wiped out by a dish with undisclosed high levels of lactose. The problem doesn't get better as you get older.

According to RFK there isn't a fast food chain that isn't poisoning our population in some way. Given of our population that is obese, morbidly obese and Diabetic II, which is an alarming trend in recent years, I tend to agree with him.

The American average BMI is 29.8 which falls into the lowest level of Obesity on the chart. I doubt Taco Bell, and all the other fast food convenience chains, is at all worried about that.
However, we all should be.

We could blame Taco Bell and McDonalds, Burger King. But despite this knowledge, the truth is, so many of us still go there. Regularly, not as a treat but as a normal part of our overall food intake.

I don't go there regularly as part of my overall food intake.
It's because it's fast and quick.

I wonder if RFK Jr and President Trump would approve of my dinner today?
I'm thinking they would.
Only thing "bad" is the air fried chicken strips.
😊
Everything else was fresh.

the issue is the processed fake cheese they have switched to. In doing so this product which contains excessive amounts of lactose wipe out the lactase enzyme in the intestines of people with lactose intolerance. When this happens the digestion shuts down and the contents of the intestine are ejected. This continues until the lactase levels are restored. A straight ambush. Because so many people are subject to the effects of excessive lactose dishes it is a form of public poisoning. As you get older in life your body stops making enough of many of the substances you need and that is what causes you to age. I have been supplementing many of these substances for 30 plus years and my physical condition is proof that it works. I have been enjoying fast food dishes from many restaurants including Taco Bell and this was the first time I was ambushed.

The fake cheese may well be an issue with Taco Bell. But I am trying to get across the fact that most all chains of fast food delivery, are feeding Americans crap. It is about profiteering and providing a competitive product that is often, if not always, detrimental to our health.
More than 50% of Americans are Obese. That is a serious health issue. It's not about "fake cheese." It is about fake ingredients,,,,;period.

Get real

Walk around a super market in America and look into other people's shopping carts. What % of CALORIES do you think comes from "manufactured" or "ultra processed" food like products? Sadly there are many people that get more than 50% of their calories from imitation food. This seems to be more likely with younger people and also with those in both middle and lower economic classes.

I'm not suggesting that the occasional Cheetos or Pringles as a treat is a horrible idea, but it is simply astonishing to actually look at the reality of the average American's diet.

There is some hope as the "homestead" trend grows, as well as the "homeschool" trend. The small % of people who do those things seem to have captured a larger bit of our culture as their positive influence grows on healthy eating habits. Seems like everywhere I look there are more gardens growing, more "eggs for sale" and more people talking about 'clean eating' habits.

I find it fascinating, and also scary, that the same party/people who wants our government to protect the USA population, has allowed the food industry as a whole, to poison us with chemicals & substitutes for real food in the name of "profit."

Read the ingredient lists and ask yourself, have you any idea of what some of these "additives" do for your nutrition?
MSG,, Potassium lactate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Lactate, Potassium Acetate,, Yellow dye #2 Red Dye #6.
And what the hell is Sodium Erythorbate?

These are just some of the ingredients in store bought Corn Dogs. Not exactly a healthy choice to begin with. But at least the poisons are listed. However, fast food chains do not put the ingredients on the crap food they prepare for you. Corn dogs are a "treat" but I know of one young 8-year-old, they are for lunch. Convenient, tasty and pure poison for a growing child.

I do hope RFK and President Trump can make a difference.

Many folks are indeed obese and certainly diet and quantity of food are contributors to the problem. Just as important is sedentary lifestyles and lack of exercise. How you would change that is a big mystery. With food costs so high, that in itself is somewhat of an incentive to prepare food at home. Quality food at the store is cheaper than the processed food. It comes down to the individual as to the quality of life they want.

Never really patronized the place much. Closest one is 50 miles away among other reasons. However, we do have a Mexican restaurant close by that makes great food. I love all Mexican cuisine. Fajitas among my favorite.

I would say prolly better luck in the fast food Mexican arena to hit a food truck instead of Taco Hell. Lot to be said about Street Tacos. LOL.
