Miley Cyrus' father Billy Ray Cyrus has expressed his disappointment with her for being seen smoking a legal high.
The 'Achy Breaky Heart' hitmaker - who is currently divorcing wife Tish - took to twitter following the video of 18-year-old Miley smoking salvia from a bong.

Well, I'd Googled something that said it was Salvia.
Of course, this is a celebrity and it's very likely the word on the street is that of a more innocent legal high.. rather than the real stuff.:whistling:
