I 1st heard this story on the radio as I drove to work. The mom was 35 had 5 kids and had a wild night of naked twister with her daughter and her daughters friends. Including sex with an 18 year old (legal but tacky), bringing out her sex toys and showing the young ladies how to use them. The after the mom went to bed at 3:30, her daughter is fooling around with her boy friend, sees his 10" penis and says that is to big for me, you need to have sex with my mom. The 16 year old goes in and attempts just that. Not clear if he succeeded or not. Wild wild night. from all that, I would have pictured the mom to be rather gross. But I would be wrong. She does not look bad. Just a little crazy it seems.

The mother-of-five who police said threw her teenage daughter a party, played naked Twister with her friends and then had sex with an 18-year-old in the bathroom looked upset today as she walked outside her house.

Rachel Lynn Lehnardt, 35, from Evans, Georgia, was spotted outside her house wearing a hooded jacket and workout clothes just days after being arrested.

She was arrested on Saturday night and has been charged with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The details of the drunken party emerged when Lehnardt met with her Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor last Friday and told her about the wild party. The sponsor then contacted authorities.

She told the woman that her children, who are aged between four and 16, were with their father when her oldest daughter texted her to ask if she could bring over some friends.

Lehnardt allegedly responded: 'Come on, let's party', WJBF reported.

When the teenagers arrived, she allegedly allowed them to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana in her home, before she played naked Twister with them in the living room.

The daughter told her mother she felt guilty because the boyfriend's 10-inch penis was so large she could not have sex with him, and he needed to have sex with her mother instead.

While the incident sounds as if the 16-year-old raped the mother, Sheriff's spokesman Captain Steve Morris said there was no evidence of a crime and no charges are pending against the boy.

No sexual crime charges have been filed against Lehnardt because 16 is the legal age of consent.

I guess a 16 YO in that state could make an informed decision to have sex with an adult, but by first adding pot and alcohol into the 16 YO's chemistry, has not a crime been committed?

I have a 16 YO granddaughter and no way could she deal with this mix intelligently.

Not having any dependency issues makes it hard for me to have a truly objective opinion, so I ran this by a friend who
is an AA sponsor. She told me that the current loose policy in cases where members confess to serious crimes is for the
community (that is, the local AA chapter) to come together and counsel the member to go to the authorities and admit to
whatever they did; it is not their place to contact LEO's themselves unless the crime is truly heinous and there is a
possibility of a recurrence.

This makes sense to me, as the actions of this sponsor seem to violate the premise of anonymity that AA has worked so
hard to maintain. The crimes here do not in my opinion rise to the level of "heinousness" that would justify breaking the
trust anonymity is supposed to guarantee; the correct action per my friend would have been for the sponsor to report the
confession to a more experienced person and if action were deemed appropriate to exercise that 'community advice"
option.

Example of my question: If a man meets a woman in a bar and buys her drinks until she passes out, then he takes her home and takes advantage of her sexually, he will be charged with rape. If he gives her a roofie (Rohypnol) and has sex with her he will be charged with rape. donno?

I do think if she provided the booze and marijuana to the kids she would have been charged. I suspect the kids brought the stuff. At least one was 18 and might have been able to buy legally (depending on the laws in GA).
The one she had sex with was 18, and legal. If he complained then he might have a case against her if she provided all the booze and weed. If he doesn't complain there does not seem to be a case to me. The 16 year old could have been charged with attempted rape by the mom is she wanted, but again, it appears that is not going to happen either.
A huge case of poor judegment on the part of an adult, but I do not see anything worth a felony ...but I am far from being a lawyer.
