Ski-Dozer coming out party was on January 22, 2023....In Ashland WI....14 miles from the Thursday drop point (where they get SNOW)....picture of the new glacier that i made my mother does not do it justice....will be snow in June....keep dozing....

Day 2 from my POV - had the boss driving for a while! Adam got “iced” by his wife and had to chug a Smirnoff Ice. Great time cruising up to copper peak and then to Lake Superior.

I'm finally able to sit and reflect on what we just experienced. I believe it was a record attendance with a wide range of cats and lots of new enthusiasts. I want to thank the many people who got involved in making it happen. Here are some of the things it takes, contacting land owners and snowmobile clubs, setting up a poker run venue, helping people find lodging, creating an event teeshirt, the Powderhorn ski resort for the show and shine, cat parade and banquet. It takes a lot to herd cat. I also want to give a special thanks to the Black River Lodge. This is where most of the catters stayed. What wonderful people and hospitality. I said to a few that it was like they invited us into their home as we sat around the fireplace with the dog, cat and everything. I think we have some more future snowcat owners as they really enjoyed the ride in the cat parade and ride up the mountain.
This a great group that is willing to step in and help with issues on the trail or even in the parking lot before we leave. 😉

I was surprised to find out there are several sno cat enthusiasts right here in northern WI. cat fever is nothing to mess with! I heard it can cause some people to spend huge amounts of money!
