have your trees let go yet? we have one that lets go round now, and it is a huge tree. itll cover the cars, and the neighbors yards, too! i think we have the leafiest yard on the block, and most of our trees havent even turned color yet

so lets see your leaves!

All the leaves have fallen around here. Not much to see though. Crinkled up poplar leaves aren't very appealing.

I am wondering what kind of tree i have. i used to know by what the leaves looked like, but ive lost knowledge on that years ago

Yep, the maple is starting to drop leaves really fast now.
My little kid down the street was supposed to rake for me over the weekend.
I paid him in advance for the last mow of the season for the first time he rakes.
Has he done it yet? Noooooooooooooo lol

Back on topic, in my woods we have trees that are green and others that are bare.

Most all leaves are gone except for the beech trees. We lost most that were left with the high winds over the weekend. My lane is covered with leaves right now.

Got a real mixture of whats falling and whats not at the moment.


But on another note i miss being a kid....leaves wee so entertaining,endless hours of fun could be had with a pile of leaves,all i got to look forward to now is piles of another kind i guess

Some started dropping this last week-end. I love the weather at this time of year but hate the leaves. Just got too many darned trees. I think that I'll wait a couple of weeks and start mulching them with the mower.
