I thought that was Kim Bassinger but then thought she would not have done a movie like 9 1 /2 weeks. :pat:

One more Leon ...hope it's not Leon overload.

One of my all time favorite songs of his. I'd never seen this video until tonight. From back when Leon was in his prime. 1971.

First time I ever heard this song was on the King Biscuit Flower Hour.
Anyone remember that? They also had a program called The Best Of The Biscuit.

Its mid 70's, summertime, and I'm riding my Stingray bicycle in an endless loop in front of Debbie K's house :flowers:.....of course, when she looks out the window, I am outta there! :yum:

And when I finally parked my bike for the night, I could hear the Flying Burrito bros coming from my brothers bedroom. Little did I know that in a few short years Gram Parsons would become the most influential artist in my young life......

:yum: Bob, you're hilarious!

Hmmm lemme go look for a "God I had a crush on that guy song"

K, I was nuts over this guy Boomer, he played in the HS band, bass drum, I played the flute. I had to kiss his feet on Main Street as part of my YGA initiation, as well as singing the Star Spangled banner ( or was it America The Beautiful?) with chocolate frosting on my face dressed in leopard pj's with rollers in my hair. Those big sisters sure put us coming into the YGA through the ringer.
He didn't talk to me much after that and I was heartbroken.
Turns out.. a few months later.. he da one who stole my virginity..

Yow!
I listened to this song face down on the bed like goofy teens do when they think the world has ended..
