Happy to have you here. My sister lives just outside London, I have some friends in Herfordshire and also in Wales. Where in England do you hail?

Beautiful state.

We used to make a yearly pilgrimage to St. Johsbury for Maple syrup boiloff festivities and our yearly supply of the stuff.

One of the things to love about the state is its beauty. There are some great outdoor activities, it is rural, allot to like. There is also allot not to like as well.

Yes. The wife and I talked about that.. Lovely scenery, lovely homes and small farms, and beautiful people but,,, who would live, on purpose, in a sate with Berny Sanderw as a rep. much less a senator?

Another issue would be that no matter how long we lived there, or how involved in the community or commerce, we would never, and I mean NEVER, be from there.

So very true. I was born here and lived my entire life here but I would not consider myself a Vermonter. Odd, but true.
