Veggie Pizza Toppings?

If you want to make your pizza healthy, what toppings do you choose for a veggie pizza?

Mushroom, Onions, Garlic. . . low cheese as cheese used on pizza is not very healthy. In fact I'd opt for chicken as a protein on 'healthy' pizza and cut the cheese by 50%

Mushrooms, onion, garlic, green and red pepper, celery, & spinach. Fresh tomato pieces as well as sauce. Cheese is healthy but go easy.

One of the best pizza I've ever eaten was in Brazil and corn and peas were a standard ..... YUM

Olives are very healthy however, canned black olives contain high level of salt. Which is why I didn't recommend them.

Pepperoni bacon and mushrooms.

Occasionally I will make a pizza with chicken strips and BBQ sauce drizzled over it. Hot banana peppers are always a nice topping.

Onions, peppers, Bacon that way the kids wont eat it and I have leftovers for lunch the next day because they don't like onions
