She just makes things up and then is butthurt when the other justices disagree with her.

What an intellectual lightweight.

Sadly with a lifetime appointment the US is stuck with someone that even Elana Kagen frequently disagrees with.

I can respectfully disagree with Kagen because her opinions are well thought out and considered. She and I often agree, at least in major substance.

But KBJ is just a lightweight. Sotoymayer looks like a genius compared to her. And that is a very low bar.

One of those that rise to their level of incompetence for sure!
 
The constitutional purpose of the SCOTUS is to maintain the integrity of the Constitution, and thus the nation it represents. It is not their purpose or prerogative to modify it by decree. The lower courts are charged with the same mission.

They should be held to that standard as well.

Otherwise, our nation is not free, independent and self-governing.
