PSA

One of my nieces called me unChristian for supporting the right of self defense after I posted a Kyle Rittenhouse photo. She also referred to him as a murderer and was totally unaware(?) that he had been found NOT guilty by a jury of his peers (all 3 times). As she claims the same Catholic religion that I claim, I then pointed out that the official "Catechism of the Catholic Church" allows for self-defense and, in preserves it as an obligation in some instances. She no longer speaks to me.

Ostracism of non-believers is a cult tool, part of the control of information. There are multiple signs pointing toward Leftism for lack of a better word, being a cult. I may get around do writing a list one of these days. I'm also pretty certain that TDS is as an yet undiagnosed form of cluster B personality disorder.

Sould read "...is an as yet undiagnosed..." but can't figure out how to edit it.

Just a friendly reminder that Liberals believe anyone opposing them should lie down & let them murder you. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...egin-kyle-rittenhouse-homicide-trial-rcna5584
The absolute conflict of terms, and values, in this statement is both scary and amazing. And yet, people believe it is morality.
I don't own a self-defense weapon to protect my property, or my own life, but the lives of others.
It is not a statement made to be noble, just a clarification of priorities.

I live in a conservative county because the laws we agreed to are enforced which protects me, our property and our children.
Liberals are selfish idealist and do not feel the need to respect reality. Until it happens to them or their family.
Life is precious. Not just your own but other innocents.

That's one way to get rid of them.

My liberal relatives don't want me to state my opinions but want to push all theirs onto me. And when I try to make a joke or post a funny meme on Facebook, they attack in droves as if I'm a villain. Where did their sense of humor go?

A sense of humor coincides with the possession of common sense. That left the Democratic party and liberals a long time ago.

I was raised in a family so Democratic my mother and grandfather were activist. I remember JFK's election and licking a thousnad stamps for mailing out propaganda back in the 60's. My Grand dad ran the post office in Independence Mo. My grandmother and Bess Tuman were best friends. I actually met President Trueman once. He patted my head and went on totally unimpressed. As I recall, I wasn't much impressed either. But then I was only 6 years old.

I do understand your predicament. All four of my brothers were raised, and are, flaming liberals. As was I until I met my wife, AKA Crumpy here on the Forum. Best thing that ever happened to me.

I understand so,,,; Good luck with your relatives. But know you have friends and support here.
