I looking for what a MOD Certification is. Did a google on it but the ones listed there are not what I am looking for. This MOD Certification more than likely is tied to the Hotel Industry. Any ideas?

It is in a resume of a person I am thinking of hiring. She worked at a lot of hotels and she mentions this MOD Certification at each place she worked.
