Illinois, like Maine, wants BOYS to compete in GIRLS sports. Undress in Girls locker rooms.

Sorry if you disagree, but to me this is just perverted. High school boys should not be in high school girls locker rooms. It is not legal for minors to have surgical procedures to "transition" their sexes. So, that said, boys with penises, who proclaim to "identify" as girls, but without any biological girl 'parts' and with in-tact boy 'parts' are, according to the Illinois high school athletic association, girls. This defies logic. This defies medical science. But Illinois is its own special sort of hell with Governor Pritzker and big city, Chicago Mayor 'clueless' Johnson, leading the state into the abyss, want to expose young girls to naked boys.

Illinois says they do a case-by-case study. Really??? This is far left Illinois. The state that people flee from every day because of their policies. U-Haul loves Illinois because they can charge higher 1-way rental fees, and the state is one of the leading states for out-migration due to the dysfunctional politics.

PULSE POINTS:

❓What Happened: The Illinois High School Association (IHSA) has decided not to comply with an executive order from President Trump barring the participation of biological male athletes in female sports.
👥 Who’s Involved: The IHSA, President Donald J. Trump, IHSA President Dan Tully, Illinois state lawmakers, and State Representative Blaine Wilhour.

Need to Know.

📍 Where & When: Illinois, United States. Current ongoing issue.
💬 Key Quote: IHSA President Dan Tully: “The Illinois Human Rights Act requires that transgender athletes be permitted to participate in events and programs aligning with the gender they identify.”
⚠️ Impact: The IHSA seeks clarity from state lawmakers and the Trump administration to resolve conflicting policies, while potential federal funding cuts loom over the state.

IN FULL:

The Illinois High School Association (IHSA) says it will continue to ignore a federal directive barring the participation of biological male athletes in high school girls’ sports. Previously, the State of Maine announced it would not comply with the directive, issued as an Executive Order by President Donald J. Trump in February, and now faces a federal lawsuit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
ISHA’s president, Dan Tully, claims that state law preempts the federal restriction and requires Illinois high schools to accommodate so-called transgender athletes, whoare biological males, by allowing their participation in girls’ sporting events. “The Illinois Human Rights Act requires that transgender athletes be permitted to participate in events and programs aligning with the gender they identify,” Tully states in a letter to Illinois Republican lawmakers. He argues that the ISHA, “simply desires to comply with the law and takes no position as to which of the foregoing is correct or whether there can be alignment between claimed federal and state law.”
According to the ISHA—which represents 809 schools and neither receives state nor federal funding—the participation of biological males in women’s sports is determined on a case-by-case basis, suggesting it is not a blanket policy. The association claims it considers whether the gender identity change is “bona fide and/or for the purpose of gaining competitive advantage.”
However, Republican lawmakers in Springfield aren’t sold on the ISHA’s decision, and are encouraging the federal government to launch a similar Title IX investigation to the one seen in Maine. “The whole policy is sick,” State Representative Blaine Wilhour . . . .

Boy destroys girls in Maine High School Track event.

Seriously how much more proof do we need?

OPINION: What are the chances?
That thing that “never happens” happened yet again last week: A biological male competing against females won first place in two track events.
It happened in (surprise!) Maine, which so far has held firm against President Trump’s executive order banning biological men from competing against women in interscholastic athletics.
In what appears to have been a tri-meet, North Yarmouth Academy junior Soren Stark-Chessa won the girls 800 meter and 1600 meter (mile) runs, the latter by almost 20 seconds.
As noted by Outkick, the 800 event was a closer race with Yarmouth High’s Lilah Connor finishing second by one-and-a-half seconds. In a video (below) you can see Connor shaking her head in dismay after crossing the finish line.
The hilarious thing about Stark-Chessa’s victories is that his winning times suck. He won his events with a 2:43.31 and a 5:57.27 respectively.
Given that the meet appeared to have been a local one between three schools, I had a sneaky suspicion he did “just enough” to win … without making it look too lopsided.
Lo and behold it appears I was right: Last year as a sophomore, Stark-Chessa won the state “Class C” girls 800 championship with a time of 2:19.72 (ten seconds ahead of the second place girl, which is rather substantial for that distance), and finished 3rd in the 1600 with a 5:10.08, both substantially faster.

But even those (girls’) championship times are at best mediocre for high school boys. Had he run in those boys’ championship competitions, Stark-Chessa would have finished 19th in the 800 meters and 22nd in the 1600.

For over fourteen decades, women have lobbied for fair & equal treatment with men.
Whether it was the right to vote or the right to work in any occupation.
I am not a betting man but on this one I am willing to wager.
THIS is not what women intended.
OR was it?

Looks like this new Pope might just get along with President Trump, at least on this issue.

Pope Leo XIV is my hero today. I welcome his vision, his youth, wisdom, and strength to the Church.
Finally, a Pope who does not speak what people of influence want to hear.
He speaks the truth of the matter. He wasted no time.
It's about the truth!
Thank God.

He's criticizing us for closing the border to illegals. While leaving legal entry and citizenship as a way to become an American
While he has walls.
He needs to fix the church and shut the f up about other concerns

The problem of women vrs men and unfair practices in sports and businesses is world wide.
It is something, along with abortion, on which the church has capitulated and vacillated for decades.
I would think this should be one of his concerns.

The Catholic church has become politicized. I would hope this pope steps away from making policies the are designed to "just get along."
The Church should concentrate on saving our souls and inspiring goodness and good will amongst the flock.
It's called "Leadership" I hope Pope Leo XIV has the courage to use it.

And in the media today, a biological high school boy, running against girls in a track meet in Pennsylvania, won the Gold medal.

His mom said it would be 'cruel' to make him run against boys since he identifies as a girl.

Just adding PENNSYLVANIA news to this heaping pile of hot manure.

You have to read this, what this lawmaker said to teen girls, after the bill had overwhelming support from the legislature is stunning. He is KILLING the bill, which passed. And he is killed girls sports. And he is killing democracy. And he is killing the dreams of fairness in the minds of children.

Democratic Pennsylvania State Rep. Peter Schweyer told a group of teen girls that he would block a bill to keep men out of women’s sports on Monday, a Republican state senator who heard his comments told the Daily Caller.
After a Republican-led press conference at the Pennsylvania State Capitol in Harrisburg, State Rep. Peter Schweyer, who is the chairman of the House Education Committee, allegedly told the high school-aged girls advocating for the “Save Women’s Sports Act” that he would not allow the legislation to advance out of his committee.
The bill, recently passed by the Republican-controlled Pennsylvania Senate in a 32-18 vote — with five Democrats joining Republicans — seeks to limit participation in female school sports teams to individuals who are biologically female. Now headed to the state House of Representatives, the proposal aims to protect competitive fairness, athletic opportunity, and safety for female athletes across the commonwealth. Republican Pennsylvania State Sen. Judy Ward, who sponsored the “Save Women’s Sports Act,” observed the exchange and spoke with the Caller on Tuesday about the incident.
“I said, ‘Thank you, ladies, for being here and for being so supportive.’
I looked at Rep. Schweyer and said,
‘I understand you told them it’s not going anywhere.’
He said, ‘Yeah, that’s right.’
I said, ‘Shame on you,’
and he replied, ‘It’s not going to run.
I chair Education, and it’s not going anywhere.’
I said, ‘You should be ashamed of yourself,’ and walked away,”
Ward recounted.
Ward emphasized that every female Republican in the Pennsylvania Senate had co-sponsored Senate Bill 9, highlighting strong support for the legislation among GOP women lawmakers. “I felt like Schweyer was the dream crusher yesterday to these young ladies,” she told the Caller.
The Pennsylvania Senate is just one of several state legislatures pushing bills to ensure women’s sports teams are reserved for biological females in K–12 and college athletics. But the bill has stalled in the state House, where it’s being blocked by Schweyer. Republicans currently trail Democrats by just one seat in the chamber, limiting their ability to force a vote. “He’s been very stubborn about blocking this bill,” Republican Pennsylvania State Rep. Barbara Gleim told the Caller on Tuesday, referring to Schweyer. “We may need to negotiate it in the budget or use a discharge resolution to put pressure on the governor to help get it out of the House Education Committee — but we’re not going to let it go.”
There is growing uncertainty over whether the bill would be signed into law by Pennsylvania Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro, were it to land on his desk.
Shapiro has not publicly backed the legislation. A similar bill that sought to protect women’s sports was vetoed by former Governor Tom Wolf.
Paula Scanlan, a former University of Pennsylvania swimmer who competed alongside transgender athlete Lia Thomas, told the Caller on Tuesday, “We’re in this situation because Democrats aren’t representing the views of most Americans. This issue shouldn’t be partisan. Some Democratic senators even voted for it. Most Americans — left, right and center — don’t want men in women’s sports. The pushback from Democrats, including Governor Shapiro and others in the legislature, doesn’t make sense.”(RELATED: DOGE Hearing On Transgender Athletes In Female Sports Ends In Absolute Chaos)
When asked why she believes Democrats continue to fight back on what she calls an 80-20 issue, Scanlan said, “I think it’s just what the Democrat Party has become. They’re voting on identity politics — marginalized people versus oppressors. They’ve painted the trans issue as if female athletes are somehow ranked higher than transgender individuals.”
The Daily Caller reached out to Rep. Schweyer’s office and Governor Shapiro’s office for comment but did not receive a response in time for publication.

Someday, I hope to be smart enough, wise enough and perhaps complacent enough to accept the lunacy of the left on this subject.

However, as of today I think it is plain stupid to accept the concept that boys(men) and girls (Women) competing in the same sport is in any way shape or form, fair.

Meanwhile, if this is to continue, I would accept the concept if men, who identify as women to win medals in competitive sports, must have their nuts removed to qualify.

Meanwhile, this policy is a Sham, a Lie, a Cheat. To put it bluntly, it is a cowardly and unmanly thing to do. So, stop being a man for real.

California is in the spotlight. Not in a good way.

Title IX violation, not protecting women's sports, as per federal mandates.

California found in violation of Title IX in clash with Trump officials over transgender athletes

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump administration has found that the California Department of Education and the state’s high school sports federation violated civil rights law by allowing transgender girls to compete on girls sports teams.
The federal Education Department announced the finding Wednesday and proposed a resolution that would require California to bar transgender women from women’s sports and strip transgender athletes of records, titles and awards. It’s the latest escalation in the Republican administration’s effort to bar transgender athletes from women’s sports teams nationwide.
If California rejects the proposal, the Education Department could move to terminate the state’s federal education funding.
“The Trump Administration will relentlessly enforce Title IX protections for women and girls, and our findings today make clear that California has failed to adhere to its obligations under federal law,” Education Secretary Linda McMahon said. “The state must swiftly come into compliance with Title IX or face the consequences that follow.”
Title IX is a 1972 law forbidding sex discrimination based in education.
California education and sports officials did not immediately respond to requests for comment Wednesday.
Federal officials opened an investigation into the California Interscholastic Federation in February after the organization said it would abide by a state law allowing athletes to compete on teams consistent with their gender identity. That followed an executive order signed by President Donald Trump that was intended to ban transgender athletes from participating in girls and women’s sports.
In April, McMahon’s department opened an investigation into the California Department of Education over the same issue.
Both investigations concluded that state policies violated Title IX. The administration has been invoking the law in its campaign against transgender athletes, launching scores of investigations into schools, colleges and states. It’s a reversal from the Biden administration, which attempted to expand Title IX to provide protections for transgender students. A federal judge struck down the expansion before Trump took office in January.
The administration’s proposed resolution would require California to notify schools that transgender athletes should be barred from girls athletic teams and that all schools must “adopt biology-based definitions of the words ‘male’ and ‘female.’” The state would also have to notify schools that any conflicting interpretation of state law would be considered a violation of Title IX.
Athletes who lost awards, titles or records to transgender athletes would have their honors restored under the proposal, and the state would be required to send personal apology letters to those athletes.
A similar resolution was offered to Maine’s education agency in a separate clash with the administration over transgender athletes. Maine rejected the proposal in April, prompting a Justice Department lawsuit seeking to terminate the state’s federal education funding. . .
