Demolition Crew drops tower on a building ~ OOPS

Looking at it, I bet one of the charges that was suppose to take it out the right way, didn't go off.

That is going to be a Lawyer's "Disney Land"!

we had a clip on it on the evening news and it was a charge that didn't go off. yur right i bet the lawyers are lineing up

Similar happened in Port Washington when they converted a coal plant to a NG plant. The stacks were even bigger than the one in the video. The set up, blasted, it started dropping, and stopped, on about a 5 to degree angle to vertical. It took another two weeks to set charges to bring it all the way down, but that first attempt was something to see!

The stacks were very visible from the lake or the highway, so anybody passing through not knowing what happened, would probably be wondering wtf!

Got to admit though, a good one will sound like an echo in your ears when your heart is going full stroke! One boom after another!
