This is a prime example of the end around folks like Hillary and Bloomberg envision for America. If they can't ban guns they make crazy rules and charge outrageous fees to have them.
 
Getting it sooner might not have mattered much. I noticed that, once the box opened, there was no magazine in the gun! :w00t2:

That was exactly the situation in DC before SCOTUS struck down their idiot law with the Heller decision. The gun had
to be locked up (or disassembled) and the ammo locked up at a separate location. Makes for a real quick response time.:unsure:
