90 seconds of awesomeness.

Clearly you don't want to be under one of these when they land.

Reports are that Israel used 80+ of these to destroy Hezbollah's bunkers that were 50 to 100 feet UNDER civilian buildings in Lebanon.

I’m guessing that someone knows that this is going down to be videoing these buildings before they are bombed? I hope those terrorists are now feeling the fear that they impose on the rest of the world 👍

Something like 20% of the Lebanese population are Druze Christians who hate Hesbollah. I would say there are quite a few of them walking around taking pics with their cell phones and reporting back to Mossad or working in the service industry listening very intently to various conversations. The place is crawling with spooks as far as the muzzles are concerned.

All of this has be the greatest example of asymmetrical warfare in modern history. No comparison. I would like to think our military is taking notes but I am not holding my breath.

Actually it is Maronite Christians (formally a part of the Roman Catholic Church) who make up roughly 30% of the Lebanese population.

I think many people confuse the Druze with the Maronites.

Maronites used to be the majority of the Lebanese population and Lebanon used to be considered an openly Christian, pro-western, nation. For those of us old enough to appreciate Danny Thomas, he was a Lebanese Maronite and his daughter, actress Marlo Thomas (and wife of Chicago based talk show host Phil Donahue) remained Catholic upon immigration to the US and supported St Jude's Children's Hospital. Maronite Christians remain a force in Lebanese politics and oppose Hezbollah, they, like the Druze, often live in clustered areas, in Christian neighborhoods within the cities.

The Druze are a very small group, roughly 1 million worldwide. Approximately 250,000 to 300,000 remain in Lebanon in a couple clustered areas of the country. Most Druze are in Syria (maybe 700,000?) , some Druze are in Israel. Druze are not really Christian, they are often described as post-Christians.

Druze have historically been more "nationalist" in their political orientation and, especially in Lebanon, they have swayed from being against Hezbollah to being supportive of Hezbollah, depending on the domestic ISSUE involved. As to where the Druze stand today, in current Lebanon, I am unsure, probably somewhat anti-Hezbollah, but that is a guess on my part.

The Druze are very loyal to their communities and their nation, they are considered some of the strongest/fiercest fighters in the Israeli army.
