The angled struts attached to the joist should be mounted at or to the concrete pylons. They should also be 2X6's
Worse, the concrete pylons should be dead vertical or tilted to the angle of the support posts.
My question is why are the concrete pylons not directly under the Header joist? Why only two?
If this is a deck, it will not pass most inspections. If this is a room addition it cannot pass any inspection.
