So much TRUTH in this graphic.
I was in Spain a few years ago, lots of air conditioning units that were turned OFF. It was during record heat. People can't afford air conditioning and temps were in the high 90s and low 100's. We actually went to a grocery store that had AC running to cool off. Hotels, restaurants, apartments had their AC turned off because the price of electricity in Spain was unaffordable.
