Kagen, who is actually really smart, was exposed as a hypocrite because she was totally opposed to District Court national injunctions when GOP cases tried to use them against Biden.
Sotomayer has never been accused of being burdened with having an abundance of education. And Brown-Jackson is clearly the SCOTUS version of a short bus back bencher was literally slapped down, hard.
