Because mental illness or mental health issues are one of the worst conditions to have along with cancer and a physical disability like quadrapallegic or paraplegic since there is no cure for mental health issues or mental illness except for lobotomy which can turn you into a vegetable zombie which got outlawed in the 1960s. Most people with mental health issues or mental illnesses belive they are better off dead and don’t feel like living and want assisted suicide but mental illnesses don’t qualify for assisted suicide in most countries except for Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg along with Portugal which means that they have to suffer with the mental heath issues and pull themselves out of the jockstrap.
