WOKE or NOT it has been so long since I've watched the Oscars (or any other awards show) that they are just a fading distant memory. I think people are just tired of being lectured to, regardless of which side it comes from. Used to be that awards shows were fun to watch. For more than a decade, probably 2 decades, they have been consumed by pushing messages and simply are not actually entertaining or fun to watch.
