What's its Name (Iron Pipe Fitting)?

Hi folks;
I'm curious if anyone knows the name of the pipe fitting below (not the clean out, the one above it). It has three pipe inlets (note two 2"? copper drains and a third iron pipe inlet 3" perhaps), and the steel vent stack runs out its top. I don't know pipe fitting names, but if I had to guess, I'd guess 'junction?'
Anywho, I'd like to learn it's name, and I can't find it in old iron pipe images or catalogs.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for the responses @Doc & @tommu56 ;

Unfortunately, neither of those names brings up a similar image. Again I'd guess the inlet sizes are 2 (or so inches for the copper), and 3 or more likely 4 for the toilet drain inlet, and 3 inches or so for the vent pipe. My guess is that it was a particular company's product (has USP-A cast into it) that they sold as a 'whole house manifold' of sorts -- single bathroom (so one 2" & the 4") and the kitchen and laundry on the other.

I'll keep looking. I might replace it with something new so I'd like to know what to call it when I search for something similar (though will likely have to do a bunch of Ys.

Thanks again!

K2
