What Happened to PG

Today I feel like a million bucks!
Geez, and I always thought I felt pretty good all the time before I got sick.
Had a good night's sleep even though the dog tried to use my tummy as a spring board a couple of times, finally had to smack her little hiney and tell her NO!
She slept at my feet the remainder of the night lol
 
Glad you are feeling better! takes a while to get over the hospital and surgery. Gretchen will keep you company and you have a lot of sucking up to do for leaving her like that. LOL:flowers:
 
She's being spoiled rotten, trust me.

One funny thing I forgot to mention about the phone calls you all made the other night, Lonzo's in particular..

I am lying there with the nurse having just walked in to take my vitals again, and to hang a new bag with Tubbs on the phone. I said "hold on Cary, the nurse is in here"
She then asked me if I'd like a snack, so I asked what I could have.
She starts off.. "turkey sandwich, jello, pudding"...
All the sudden from the phone I hear Lonzo say "I'd go for the puddin' myself"...:yum:
A golden moment never to be forgotten.
 
Did you bribe the nurses like I did? Had the wife bring them pizza and make strawberry cheesecake pies. Big batches of cookies as well. I did the same for her when she was hospitalized. Nurses love a treat and put up with a lot more from a patient who spoils them!:whistling: After 55 days they all knew who the wife was plus she made sure my care was proper.
 
I had the best group of nurses Bill, and two of the best doctors at St. Rita's, so I was lucky!
Someone had sent them a basket of easter candy that I noticed on my hall walks.
Helped myself to a few jolly ranchers on passing.. ;)
 
Sounds like you're doing just fine. I'm firing up the KitchenAid Pro 600 as we speak. Will go out in the morning mail (Barb gave me the addy:brows:). Do you want the rolls with walnuts or pecans? I have a good supply of both.
