Wet runway

That was really cool. That looked easier than it probably was. Too low and they'll find out what a wet runway is all about. :burp:

Is it just me, or does that pilot they show in the close-ups look like he is a complete prick? :hide:

Oh yeah?! Bite me! :horsepoop:

The only changes I've made in my work computer in the last year has been the 'automatic' MS updates and security fixes. I guess I'll wait and hear later this week how my attorney likes his new Mac machines. He absolutely blew a cork about the crashing shit with his Windows XP machines in his office and called a local computer company to come transfer all his stuff over and put in new Mac computers. He was so pissed that, even though he is extremely tight, he didn't care what it is going to cost him. He is also at the end of his patience with the trash OS called Windows. The "paid" support he has with MS only told him that they would have "Vista" out soon and it would be like Mac's OS X. That is what caused him to hang up and order Mac machines.

I have a Dell that I installed XP Professional on and I have never had any problems that I couldn't resolve. The original OS from Dell was a nightmare, since they "customize" the OS to their liking. This might be the reason for your problems. Try a fresh full version of XP and see it that resolves the problems for you. It did for me....

Dargo, I'm running XP and XP-Pro here at work and home. The videos play fine for me. (Auto updates included.) You may have other issues. :confused2:

I honestly think I've probably had it with the crashes and fkg send crash report messages to MS. As I said, I've made no changes and I never make it an entire day anymore without numerous crashes. I'm about to fade to the dark side that believes that MS is only a poor imitation of the Mac operating system...:o

Cool video BC!!! :thumb:

Dargo,
Try Linux on one of the 5 pc's. We have application servers that have been up for 280 days. We reboot them once a year whether we have to or not. :D

Red Hat 'fedora' is a good one...but there are plenty of other versions of Linux that are easy to install and run.

Well I think I am using the newest of the Mac OS X verisons (10.4.7) on my MacBook Pro with Intel chip inside and it is not crashproof. My old Macs would run forever without a crash. This one does periodically crash. Some days it will crash, other days it won't crash. Nice thing about the crashes is that if it does, you don't lose your stuff. I've always been able to find my 1/2 done document, etc. I did call Apple about it, they said they are aware of it and have several possible fixes :blahblah: To make a long story short, I did not try any of the fixes, so they may work. When I get some time, I will call them back and try one of the fixes.
