If you aint never had any you dont know what your missing , lamb fries are great as well as are mountain oysters IF they are prepared right .

Had the mountain oysters. You can keep 'em. And the turkey nuts and chitlins too.
If you started out with mountain oysters and they wern't prepared right like many people screw up thinking they know how to. Then you need to try lamb/turkey fries cuz they are perty hard to fuckup . If they are the least bit chewy they screwed them up IMO.

I agree with Ya on the chittlins though.

Most people I have known have had this same reaction once they found out what they were eating. Up till then they were delicious. :yum:

I had them in turkey and they were goat. these were in a sauce, not fried. Have to admit they were not that bad, but I guess it is an acquired taste.

Turkey was the only place I could eat lamb, in the form of shish kabob. I was stationed inAdana back in 70-72.

I was there in 81. Lot of lamb in other parts, but I was up in the mountain region where sheep just didn't do well. Goats did though. Dang aggravating creatures loved to screw around near the perimeter.
