If you started out with mountain oysters and they wern't prepared right like many people screw up thinking they know how to. Then you need to try lamb/turkey fries cuz they are perty hard to fuckup . If they are the least bit chewy they screwed them up IMO.Had the mountain oysters. You can keep 'em. And the turkey nuts and chitlins too.
I had them in turkey and they were goat. these were in a sauce, not fried. Have to admit they were not that bad, but I guess it is an acquired taste.
I was there in 81. Lot of lamb in other parts, but I was up in the mountain region where sheep just didn't do well. Goats did though. Dang aggravating creatures loved to screw around near the perimeter.Turkey was the only place I could eat lamb, in the form of shish kabob. I was stationed inAdana back in 70-72.
