There are real mediums who can talk to souls

I have had the opportunity to know 2 mediums that are the real thing. I believe many are fake as well. One lead me to my birth family when I had no information at all and all records were closed.
The other an old friend called me and said my deceased brother who I never met but found his widow was talking to her and wanted to connect with me. She didnt know I had a brother.
LIfe is amazing when we open our minds to ideas we cant completely understand

Okay, if you say so. Strange but on this forum you are the only one saying so.
Few people have actual experiences with the after life and some that do dont recognize it. In addition to my experiences the medical diagnosis of terminal lucidity is very convincing. IN addition NDEs are getting scientific investigation.
Terminal lucidity, or “the surge,” is an unexpected episode (occurrence) of clarity and energy before death. Neurodegenerative conditions that lead to dementia, like Alzheimer’s disease, cause irreversible mental decline that can be hard to watch in a loved one. But terminal lucidity is a surprising exception where a person rallies. They may seem more like themselves again — briefly — before declining again. As the name suggests, terminal lucidity is usually a sign that death is near.

This is impossible since the brain is physically damaged. One explanation is emotions and memories can exist even when the brain is near death or dead.

How do you explain regained memories when brain structures are so damaged they cant support them.
..... Same as how a body can continue after Doctors pronounce the patient as "Brain Dead".

"Brain Damage" can be a very broad spectrum of prognosis. The Brain is not a mechanical hard-drive... it is biological and can still function in areas that are NOT damaged.

True. There are many people who are walking around in society these days that are either brain damged or brain dead.

These are cases of severe irreversible damage. The brain is 5 separate systems. Memory and emotion comes from the limbic system rational thought from the prefrontal cortex. The other 3 manage the bodys function. When the damage causes loss of memory and personality as well as cognitive function you cant get that back. In these cases it all comes back without any organic cause. The only answer is when near death the soul can emerge intact.
