The Importance of Walking To One's Health

FrancSevin

Proudly Deplorable
Walking each day can add minutes to your life. So if you walk everyday it adds up. Do it all of your life.:flowers:

This enables you to spend and additional 5 months in a nursing home at $5,000 a month.:yum:

It is never too late to start this. My Grandpa started walking when he was 60 years old.
He in now 97 and we don't know where he is.

As for me, I like long walks. Especially when they are taken by people who annoy me!:whistling:

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what am doing.
When it does, I stop for a bear claw.:yum:

The only reason I even took up walking was so I could hear heavy breathing again.

I joined a health club last year. Good looking gal convinced me to sign up and get fit. So I forked over $400 bucks.
One year later I haven''t lost a pound. So I complained to the management.

Apparently, you have to go there.

I walk to the kitchen and the bathroom does that count?
Seriously my Dr. is always after me to walk but since I have seizures and sometimes end up laying in the gutter covered with leaves and people think I'm a drunk it's kind of embarrassing and i'm reluctant at times to do it.
