Should I fix the plumber's mistake? (compression in PEX line)

I had the plumber install PEX piping between the shower mixing valve and the drop ear elbow which I had installed.
He left the PEX line a little longer than the distance between the two fixtures, so now there is some compression between the two, thus the slight bend in the line.

Is it worth removing the screws holding the drop ear elbow and position it a little higher up to remove this compression?
A concern I have with doing this is that the new screw holes will be pretty close to the old holes and may not have the same holding strength..

Thanks.

I don't believe the way it is will cause you any issues. But if you prefer to move the screws just stuff toothpicks with a bit of glue in the hole loose holes. Then cut them off even with the surface. Let sit a bit to set up. Then the screws will tighten up as intended.
