Many Lawyers make their money, not for the purpose of our laws, but the use and abuse of them.
The real question here is what judge would accept this farce in their courtroom?

People buy homes near farms and complain about smells.
People buy homes near railroad tracks and complain about their homes shaking when a train goes past.
People buy homes under flight paths near airports and complain about the noise.

The victim class. A lawyer will happily represent them and take their money.
