I love scallops in a white wine sauce. Best ever at Bookbinders in Philly,

Sadly after almost 200 years, they closed years ago
 
Those look really tasty!!! I remember when I had my first scallops. I was in boot camp at Lackland AFB. I really liked them and was dumb enough to tell one of the cooks how good the fish bites were. Well, I was informed that they were scallops not fish. I was allowed to do 25 push ups and sit ups to celebrate my learning that scallops are not fish!!!!!!
