Thought this was interesting, especially coming from one of the left's leading icons in the labor movement.

Robert Reich is a fascinating man. His candor eventually led to his fall from favor in the Clinton Whitehouse but endeared him to the American public, many of whom, like me, rejected his politics but embraced the man. I would highly recommend one of his books, "Locked in the Cabinet", to any who are interested in the workings of the parties and the workings of the President's Cabinet. Love him or hate him, Reich teaches us all when he speaks- no matter the subject.
The speach which is the subject of this thread is typical Reich. He's brutaly frank and honest about a sensitive subject without alienating his audience and still makes his point so well there can be no confusion.
If you see his book, buy it. You'll learn alot.
Lem Foutes would approve.
