People don't know how to use a hammer?

Hilarious!!!
Gotta love it!
I think I laughed for a whole minute.

Sadly, it doesn't work with small finish brads. So, when doing trim work you will still bang your fingers.
It also doesn't work with roof nails but, there you can use pliers or,,,,; a nail gun.

My Hart framing hammer (yes I have many types of carpentry hammers) has a magnet set in the top of the head and a notch to hold nail when trying to reach tough spots. I really wanted a stiletto but couldn't see spending 150$ on a hammer.

Yup

And some of the finish hammers have slots/notches for brads.

Used to know the owner of Estwing. Kept our boats close by.
He came out with the BFH2000 which was a very unique hammer that nobody knew how to use so it flopped. But what a hammer, once shown how to use it. Set a 16p nail and then you sort of threw the hammer at the nail but catching the hammer before it left your hand. Didn't take a whole lot of energy to set that nail in one hit. But you can't teach a carpenter new tricks.
