sent the last payment to Kubota today, 5 months early! She is all mine, now for some lights and a good cleanup.............

Congrats Danny, it is always a good feeling to be done with payments!!!

Now what are you going to buy? If you keep setting aside the "payment" money then you will be able to pay cash for implements, or to expand a fish pond project , or some other fun thing on the property.

I agree with Bob, keep making them payments to yourself and then go in for new stuff and make a great deal telling your sales person, I GOT CASH.

It is a great feeling. Thing is right now I am going to be focusing on study and a new job, since I resigned mine last week with nothing to go to! Got some really tough tests to do, and work was getting to be more of a chore, and my skills were not being used as I wanted them to be. Time for bigger and better things anyway, or they can let me do what I am really good at, design, and implement networking. Either way, I gave them 5 weeks notice.

Congrats Danny. We must've bought around the same time. Mine will be paid off this April. :D
Good luck on the job front. That is a very tough step to take. Hopefully things will work out for the better all the way around. :thumb:
