NBC Monday Night

That's one of the best shows on TV. Once people find it and watch, it will do much better in the ratings.

Watched a bit of it, didn't care much for it. Maybe if I watched it more I would get interested.

Well it's a soap opera type of series, so it may be hard to just watch one episode and 'get it'. Also, if one doesn't like sports, it may not appeal to that audience.

I really enjoy Friday Night Lights. I have been watching it each week on NBC.com instead of on TV. Just not enough time in the evenings to catch it on TV.

Not this show specifically, but have you ever noticed every time a network ends up with a hit show, they start shuffling the day and the time so often, the loyal viewers can't find it and it ends up going off the air?
Why do they like to mess with success?

Seems crazy doesn't it Andy? They give it one or two weeks in a spot and that's it. Then they move it or we never hear of it again.

In time Tivo might change that stat.

I watched Friday Night Lights online yesterday and it was a great episode. I looked at the guide when I got home last night and saw that Friday Night Lights was coming on again. It was the same episode from Monday night:confused2: .

It seems like NBC airs Brain or No Brain almost every night of the week, but at least it's a different episode!

That's because it's a cheap way to fill 60 minutes of air time...
I saw a few years ago where the stars of "Friends" each made over one million dollars per episode. That's at least six millon dollars in overhead, before a single commerical is aired.
"Friends" probably cost ten million dollars per episode to produce... Even assuming "Deal or No Deal" gives away one million dollars per episode, it's still cheaper to air than the average sitcom or drama.
