Some of my former employees stay in touch with me.

I got a phone call from a young lady who used to work for me. I mentored her while she was rising in our organization through our ranks of middle management. She was a diamond in the rough who really belonged in college and then in some other company. She left when her National Guard unit was called up, served in Afghanistan, and then went to college, and now is working somewhere for a large company.

She was laughing when she called.

Turned out she was doing a search on the "shared hard drive" of the network at her office and found naked photos of one of the supervisors (and his wife) :pat:

Well I never have found any of the supervisors and or wife's. :pat: Thank God as that would have been of me and my wife.


However, I find them all the time. Three years ago I had to let a guy go because of it. Hourly employee sitting at the office charging me overtime and doin the porn thing. He thought it was ok because I never told him he could not do that??? His dad is a big time lawyer and I was told I could not let him go because if it. So I let him go due to lack of work.:moon:
 
Well she told me she copied the photos of her supervisor and his wife to a CD-Rom disk. Knowing her, she will give it to him as a Christmas gift this year in a "Secret Santa" gift.

I actually wonder if he might have post the photos of himself and his wife because he WANTED someone to find them :confused2:

Sounds exactly like my 10 year old son! Great way to take responsibility for your actions. Did you also tell him not to kill the other employees? If not, you better watch out! What bullshit!:horsepoop:

could not let him go due to his dad being a big time jerk with a law degree. that just makes me want to say, you're fired, and bring it on. I catch someone doing this on my time..........he is out of there right then, no questions asked, no excuses, no reason to come back, or even try.
