And we were worried about 6 pack rings killing fish in the oceans.

According to Recycle Nation, microplastics have been found in an array of strange places, including bees, table salt, and even bottled water so maybe it was just a matter of time until the tiny fragments were found in human bodies.
 
My life... it has been... not changed at all after being aware of this. What can I do? I cannot change anything plastic is everywhere!

Just recycle
And also do not pour stuff down the sink, you could even rinse it and pour it outside somewhere instead of down the sink.
I would not eat anything in the ocean because it is very polluted and it could make you very sick.
