Newsflash for the outrageously outraged banshees on the left: The East & West wings didn't exist until FDR and were constructed at taxpayer expense. Upgrades that included a private pool for the President - during the Depression while Americans were starving, at the behest of the same dude who incarcerated my grandfather for the high crime of having slanted eyes. At the time he was quite rightly excoriated for the extravagance. But now it's sacred ground. Because Trump! How dare he raise private funds to improve the facility.
