Judge delays sentencing in Trump's New York criminal case, pushing decision past election

In his letter about why he delayed the sentencing, Judge Merchan says it's because he doesn't want to give the impression of influencing the upcoming election.

Now, that is rich. You preside over a clearly biased, politically motivated trial in a clearly biased, hostile manner to get a conviction against the lead Republican candidate for president, yet NOW you suddenly have an epiphany over how it might influence the election if you proceed with sentencing.

I'm calling BS on his reasoning. I think the real reason is this: Based on how past legal actions against Trump have backfired for the Dems, actually increasing Trump's popularity, including this case, Merchan made the political decision that sentencing Trump before the election would help more than hurt Trump's chances of being elected.

Not only is this legally wise, but it is only 1 victory for Trump today.

North Carolina and Michigan also removed Kennedy from their ballots. Which favors Trump.

Also, RFK Jr is now telling his supporters in ALL 50 states, to vote for Trump. Previously he told them to vote for Trump in the SWING states.

MSNBC has their collective panties in a bunch over the delay in sentencing.

Word on the street is Trump, once elected, is going after these turd birds with the effort being to bankrupt them not jail them. Bog them down in legal fees. Overall these people are not overly wealthy. Comfortable, sure, but wealthy enough to keep a cadre of high level lawyers at a couple of grand per hour each? Doubtful.

If I were them, I would start moving assets to the Cayman Islands.
