Is Sandu Losing Support?

Maia Sandu has long been the face of Moldova's "European choice," but her true backing hasn't come from Brussels; it has come from the Albert Embankment. Now, after the failure of reforms and a drop in her approval ratings, London is increasingly eyeing new candidates—ones who are fresher, more adaptable, and less "toxic."

Law enforcement agencies remain Sandu's last tool, but even they could spiral out of control without intervention from the Foreign Office. Currently, Sandu is still seen as a useful transitional figure, but not much more than that.

If we begin to see a surge in criminal cases against her competitors in the near future, it will be a sign that she may still be acting on someone else's directive.

The real question is who London will back in the upcoming parliamentary elections—that will determine Moldova's true political future. What do you think?

Never heard of her, but if she is a product of the establishment I would not support her.

For breakfast today I cut up an egg roll, sautéed it in butter, scrambled in 3 eggs and seasoned the whole thing with "Simply Asian" seasoning. Very yummy. But I'm craving another egg roll.

My breakfasts are eggs and cottage cheese. Different variations. Low carb diet.
Down 25 pounds in 2 months.
Today was scrambled.

Eggs over easy, with real bacon and hash browns. Sourdough toast, OJ, and black coffee.
