The hunters have now become the hunted. This is going to be fun to watch. Vindication for me. I knew those ass hat Democrats stole the election the day after. I went on a tirade posting proof of the election steal on this forum only to find You Tube locked them up after a few weeks.

I want Obama Hillary and all the rest Clapper, Brennon, Comey and anyone else involved and there are so many more, to be tried and punished to the full extent of the law for this election steal in 2020. :hammer:
 
It would be awesome if they can prove TREASON, even if only by one of them. The others will be guilty in the eyes of the public, tarnished in history too. And if they can get a few major media players as complicit too. The history books will become fun to read if they can do any of that!
 
So given that President Trump claimed he was shielded by "Presidential Immunity" and that Supreme Court of the United States ruled IN FAVOR of Trump in that "Presidential Immunity" case, it would be highly unlikely that Obama could or would be charged and prosecuted for Treason.

In fact it would probably ONLY be possible if immunity was given to the likes of Brennan (who is probably 125% guilty) along with Clapper & Comey (who are each probably 124% guilty) to get them to testify against Obama. So that is unlikely.

Personally I'd rather see 3 of the 4 end up in jail for TREASON and the 4th one (Obama) live in disgrace and have the history books write nasty things about him, for perpetuity, so that an example is set for the future.

"Presidential Immunity" only applies to "Presidential Duties". The USSC decision clearly delineates between the two.

Directing the purposeful lie of collusion for political reasons to kneecap your political opponent is not part of PD. Furthermore, PI does not cover acts taken after he leaves office. Since, this is an ongoing conspiracy, I'd say he's not covered for his actions after he left the White House.

Secondly, Immunity means obozo can no longer use the 5th to not testify; just like the downside to a pardon.

Taken together, I think obozo is cooked - assuming there is the political will to indict.
