Gone But Not Forgotten
He gave them 7 days to file their appeal to the supreme court for the suit brought by 26 states. His ruling will be effective if not appealed.
 
I'd bet that Justice does not file an appeal, but simply ignores the ruling. They are afraid they might lose. Ignoring court rulings or not enforcing the law seems to be a modus operandi for this bunch.

Do you realize that way over half of the states now have a suit filed against the federal government for something? That's got to be a first.
