This is the first I have heard of the deal. If true, it means Alberta is giving Ottawa the middle finger. Good on them!

So... our Canadian members ... is this accurate? Is "Ottawa" pissed, as is implied by the video? Did Alberta undercut the rest of Canada with, not only oil, but also agricultural products?

I don't see "new" stories about this Alberta/US pipeline. Most of the reports are months old.
