Joe Salatiin is a very interesting speaker. Look up his TEDx talk. Watch some of his stuff. He makes some great points but the transition from factory farming to his sustainable farming may be problematic.
Meanwhile, the DUTCH farmers just over-threw their government. There have been thousands protesting and clogging roads with tractors and trucks for months. They just had their election and the new farmers party just won the largest number of seats in the coalition government. Combined with other similar leaning parties, they now control the government and did so largely by rebelling against WOKE environmental policies that would have slashed nitrogen based fertilizers, effectively shutting down farms in the Netherlands.
