California (and 17 other states) EV Mandates are now DEAD, nullified by 3 new laws

California, which led a group of, I believe, 17 states, enacted a law requiring all new passenger vehicles sold by 2030 to be Electric Vehicles. Trucks and other types of vehicles would be phased in over a number of years. To achieve this, California required and was granted a waiver by the federal government for emissions regulations.

As of today, the EV mandates and the possibility of new waivers, have been dismantled and made null and void by law.
