well it's now time for the British GP....Coulthard announced yesterday he will be retiring at the end of this season....shame he is a great racer and even greater personality.

Im afraid not he retired from F1 2 years ago now and a great loss.....we had American scott Speed and that ended last year which was a real shame as he was a fun guy.

Me well im a massive an of our own Jenson Button....just needs a good car:British_f
 
We went to Silverstone back in 2000 for the Grand Prix.
Talk about a bloody wash-out!
Of course it rained buckets, getting to the track was a mess from where we had to park, which was quite a walk.
There was a guy buzzing around in a little car with a sign posted on the windscreen that said " Rides to the track,5 quid"..
I bet he made a bob or two that day:mrgreen:

i remember that well....known as the British mud festival that year......good thing is they have announced today they are moving the GP to Donnington park for 2010.....Silverstone deserve to lose it.

well that was fun....qualifying had its surprises today....Kovy done great to put it on poll....his first ever poll may i add,,,and Webber well even light on fuel in that Red Bull 2nd was a great job....Kimi 3rd.

Hamilton well once again another mistake cost him....never gonna be world champ in my opinion no matter how hyped up by the Brit press.
